How to Reset Member Password
To reset a member's password, send them a "Password Reset Link."
You can do this with a few simple steps;
- Go to your Contacts on the top left menu in Patient Base
- Select Members on the left menu
- Find the Member who wants to change their password ( you can sort by "Created" time to find your newest members )
- Select the member from the list and scroll to the bottom of the member's information.
- There will be a button at the bottom near the left that will say "RESET PASSWORD."
- Select the button and click Confirm if this is the member you wish to reset.
This will send the member the Password Reset link. From there, they will be able to reset their password.
