Cancel Client Subscriptions

To cancel a client's subscription, you must find them in the Contact section of PatientBase.

Once you have selected the contact, you should see their details (as shown in the picture below)

Then navigate to the Subscriptions tab of the contact's details and select the Gear Icon next to the subscription product you wish to cancel.

A little popup menu will appear with the cancel subscription option.
