Cancel Your PatientBase Subscription

Please Note: if you signed up for Patientbase before Aug 2022, your billing may be handled on a separate system. Please contact us for billing updates. support@patientbase.io

To cancel your subscription, select the account icon in the top right corner and then click on Manage Billing 

To cancel your subscription, click on Cancel under Subscription Plan
