How to Change the SEO Title (Browser Tab Title)

Updating the SEO title in PatientBase helps to improve search engine visibility and controls what appears on the browser tab when visitors view your page. Follow the steps below to update this setting based on the provided images.

  1. Access Pages & Popups:

    • From your PatientBase dashboard, locate the Pages section.
    • Click on the Pages icon on the left sidebar.
  2. Open Page Settings:

    • Find the page you want to edit (e.g., "Home" page).
    • Click on the gear icon next to the page name to bring up the page options.
    • From the menu that appears, select Show Settings.
  3. Navigate to SEO Info:

    • In the Edit Page window that appears, switch to the SEO Info tab.
  4. Update the Page Title:

    • Under the Page Title section, enter your new SEO title. This title will be shown in the browser tab and will also be used by search engines as the main title for your page.
    • Ensure your title accurately reflects the content and purpose of the page.
  5. Save Your Changes:

    • After updating the title, click the Save button at the bottom of the window to apply your changes.
