How to Access and Manage Order Information

In this guide, we will walk you through the process of accessing and managing order information within the PatientBase system. Whether it's purchases of your courses or products, we'll show you how to view order details and receive email notifications. Let's get started!

  1. Setting up Order Notifications:
    • Ensure that your primary system email is correctly set up to receive order notifications.
    • To do this, go to the "Store" section, then "Products," and select "Settings."
    • Locate the "Order Notifications" or similar option and enter your email address.
    • By providing your email, you will receive notifications whenever an order is placed, allowing you to promptly address any necessary actions.

  2. Accessing Orders:
    • To view all orders within the PatientBase system, go to the "Products" section and click on "Orders."
    • Here, you will find a comprehensive list of all orders placed through your platform.
    • Additionally, there may be options to view archived orders or abandoned carts, depending on your settings.
    • If you have any subscriptions, you can navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab to manage recurring payments, including monthly or yearly subscriptions.

  3. Funnel-Specific Orders:
    • If you have implemented a checkout within a funnel, you can access specific funnel-related orders.
    • Navigate to your desired funnel and review the step analytics to see the number and value of orders within each step.
    • Additionally, you can access sales information under the "Sales" section, which provides details on orders, subscription orders, upsells, downsells, and more.
    • It also includes a breakdown of products sold and identifies top-performing customers, as well as the sources from which they originated, such as ads or organic social channels.

  4. Fine-tuning Order Settings:
    • To ensure that order-related emails are sent to your designated email address, verify your settings under the "Products" section and select "Settings."
    • Double-check that your email is entered correctly to receive all necessary order notifications.
