How to Connect Stripe to PatientBase

  1. Log in to your PatientBase account and go to the Products section.
  2. Click on the Settings button on the left menu.
  3. Select Payments from the page menu.
  4. If you haven’t connected Stripe yet, click the Enable button. If you have already connected Stripe and want to change your payment provider, click the Change Provider button.
  5. You will be redirected to the Stripe website. You can log in to your Stripe account.
  6. After logging in, you can select the Stripe account you want to use with your PatientBase account.
  7. Click the Connect button.
  8. Patient Base will confirm that your Stripe account has been connected.
  9. If you’re just getting started, enable the test option. But don’t forget to turn this off when you’re ready to take live payments.
